These terms apply to Hungry Ghost Mahjong at ghostmahjong.com (the "Game"), run by Klchure LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By playing the Game or signing in, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before signing in or buying anything. You are responsible for anything done through your account.
You can play the Game without an account. To appear on the daily leaderboard you sign in with Google and choose a leaderboard name. Please keep your name friendly. We may change or remove names that are offensive, impersonate someone, or contain personal information.
Play the Game as intended. You must not use bots, scripts, automation, modified code, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage, tamper with scores, overload or attack the Game, or interfere with other players. We may reject or remove scores, remove players from the leaderboard or champions list, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without notice or refund.
You can buy extra tries for the daily board. Prices are shown before you pay, and payment is handled by Stripe. Extra tries are digital items with no cash value. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and they apply to the daily board only. Once tries have been added to your account, purchases are final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If a payment goes wrong, contact us at ghostmahjong.help@gmail.com. Unused extra tries stay on your account until used, unless we close it for breaking these terms.
Any rewards for champions or top players are recognition or in-game items unless we clearly say otherwise in writing. Paying for extra tries does not guarantee a place, a rank or a reward. We may change, pause or end rewards at any time.
The Game may show ads provided by third parties, including Google. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they lead to. See our privacy policy for how ad technology may use your data.
The Game, its code, design, artwork and text belong to us or our licensors. You may play it for personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, resell, reverse engineer or republish it except where the law allows.
We work hard to keep the Game running, but it is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available, error-free or that scores and progress will never be lost. We may change or discontinue any part of the Game, including the leaderboard, at any time.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or scores arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it. You can stop playing at any time. To delete your account and data, email ghostmahjong.help@gmail.com from the address you signed in with.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes will be handled in the courts of the State of Wyoming, United States, unless local consumer law says otherwise.
